You build custom AI agents for businesses. You ship. You're independent. You're tired of Upwork's bidding theatre. This is that — but quiet, curated, and without the skim.
No CV, no case-study deck, no LinkedIn-import. None of that survives first contact with a real brief. We don't waste your time reading it.
Everyone in AI has a pitch. If your pitch were load-bearing, you'd already be full. It isn't, and you aren't — so show us the thing.
A paragraph about what you built and for whom. Plus, optionally, any proof that form actually takes — a 60-second Loom, a GitHub repo, a case study post, a client reference, a phone number to call, a public URL if you happen to have one. We don't care about the medium. We care that it's real.
Why this model: the platform should be paid by the side it serves, and we serve builders — not clients. If we took a percentage of every deal, our incentive would be to shove you into more deals, not better ones. A flat membership keeps us honest.
The math is straightforward. One $8,000 project pays your membership for 40 months. If you can't clear that in a year on our briefs, we shouldn't be charging you — so for your first closed project, we don't.
Fine. Most don't — voice agents live on phone numbers, internal agents run inside n8n or Slack or a client's SaaS, confidential work has no shareable link. Describe what you shipped in the work-description field. Attach a Loom, a repo, a case study, or nothing. The form is the thing we judge, not a URL.
Redact and describe. "Built a voice agent for a 14-office dental group that confirms appointments in four languages, reduced no-shows by 30% over six weeks" tells us what we need even without the client's name. If we need a reference, we'll ask you for one privately.
However you want. Client pays you directly — invoice, Stripe, wire, whatever you already use. We don't see the transaction. For your protection, most operators use fixed-price milestone contracts (40/30/30 or similar).
You handle it with the client, like you would on any direct contract. We'll sometimes mediate informally — but we're not an escrow service, and we don't pretend to offer protection we can't actually deliver.
So the signal stays high. A client browsing the team shouldn't need to scroll past 400 profiles to find the right lane. Ten people, one per clear lane, each with a live agent.
Yes. We're not exclusive. We just ask you reply to ATELIERR briefs within your stated reply window.
Pick "something else" and describe it. We regularly open new lanes — the dropdown is just the current bench.
